Dr. Tricia A. Carty is an experienced and Board-certified Internal Medicine physician. A native of New Bedford, Dr. Carty has devoted over 25 years of her medical career to the health and well-being of southeastern Massachusetts.
Dr. Carty is a graduate of Brown University and earned her Doctorate in Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at UMass and has practiced in Fall River since 1998. Dr. Carty is well-known in the Fall River community for her close attention to the needs of her patients, her evidence-based approach to preventive medicine, and her compassionate and personal style of patient care.
Dr. Carty is Board-certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association. She sees outpatients in her office on Prima CARE's main campus in Fall River, where she is supported by the extensive network of Prima CARE specialists and advanced testing facilities.
