Tamer Yacoub, MD

Dr. Yacoub graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo. He completed his internship at Jersey City Medical Center, Medical Center of Central Mass, and a Fellowship in Clinical Endocrinology at Boston University Hospital. Dr. Yacoub is Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Diabetes & Metabolism. In addition, he is Board-certified in Obesity Medicine and serves at the Medical Director the Prima CARE Center for Weight Control. He is active at both St. Anne's Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Dr. Yacoub has received many honors and awards and is a national speaker on different topics including Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Osteoporosis.
