Dr. Fogle is a fellowship-trained, board certified specialist in the management of vascular disease (diseases of arteries and veins). He graduated from Stanford University, and from University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1979. He subsequently earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management at the Harvard School of Public Heath in 2005. Dr. Fogle trained in both general and vascular surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He then practiced and taught vascular surgery in Norfolk, Virginia before joining Prima Care in 2007.
Dr. Fogle's surgical career spans 30 years and included the medical, surgical, and endovascular management of vascular disease, lecturing nationally and serving as director of endovascular services in Fall River.
Dr. Fogle became the Chief Medical Officer of PrimaCARE in 2012 and is responsible for administrative issues related to the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to PrimaCARE patients. He acts as PrimaCARE's medical liaison with local and regional healthcare organizations, and is committed to PrimaCARE's mission of caring for patients throughout our region.
