Dr. Simon Melnick is a Board-certified Family Medicine physician, caring for patients of all ages from adolescents to the elderly. Dr. Melnick attended the Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University and then earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at The New York Institute of Technology, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx.
Dr. Melnick has practiced osteopathic and manipulative medicine in Rhode Island for the past 20 years, most recently practicing in Fall River and joining Prima CARE in 2022. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Dr, Melnick sees patients in his office in Prima CARE’s Somerset-Swansea Medical Center on Slade’s Ferry Blvd. in Somerset, Massachusetts. He is an affiliate of the Steward Health Care Network and his patients are admitted to Saint Anne’s Hospital in Fall River. He is fluent in English and Russian.
