We're seeking a full-time, remote billing representative to join our skilled team, focusing on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts accounts. In this role, you'll manage medical accounts, address insurance denials, and ensure timely aging of accounts.
To be successful in this position, you should have experience working with BCBS HMO MA claims, knowledge of telehealth billing, and the ability to handle insurance correspondence for all practices. You must be goal-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and able to multitask. Weekly visits to the office will be required for mail pick-up and drop-off. Training or certification as a coder and eClinicalWorks experience are considered a plus.
CT/Diagnostic Imaging Technologist
We're seeking a full-time CT/Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our large multi-specialty medical group in southeastern New England. In this role, you'll perform CT procedures, including cardiac CT, while maintaining professional relationships with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
Key responsibilities include positioning patients for CT scans, operating equipment safely, assisting radiologists with imaging procedures, dispensing oral contrast, evaluating CT
scans for technical quality, scheduling patients, and maintaining accurate patient records
EMR Help Desk Coordinator
We're seeking an EMR Help Desk Coordinator to join our team and make a positive impact on our Electronic Medical Record operations. In this role, you'll interact with providers, staff, and patients over the phone, ensuring a great first impression. Your responsibilities will include coordinating telephone calls, assisting patients with portal access, creating work orders, and maintaining referring provider files.
You'll also provide training materials, update information in the EMR, maintain the reconciliation tab, create letters for providers and staff, verify MIPS information, and update NDC and vaccine lot numbers. Ensuring HIPAA compliance, creating spreadsheets for quality measures, and assisting with projects are also part of your duties.
Harvard Pilgrim Billing Representative
We're seeking a full-time Remote Harvard Pilgrim Billing Representative to join our skilled team in managing medical accounts, including insurance denials and aging of accounts for Harvard Pilgrim and other miscellaneous claim centers. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.
To succeed, you must have experience working with Harvard Pilgrim claims, knowledge of telehealth billing, and the ability to handle insurance correspondence for all practices. You should also be goal-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and able to multitask. Weekly visits to the office for mail pick-up and drop-off are required. Staying current on insurance policies is essential, and training or certification as a medical coder is desirable. Experience with eClinicalWorks is also considered a plus.
Mammography Technologist
We're seeking a full-time or part-time Mammography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Center team. In this role, you'll be responsible for patient assessment, including evaluating patients' ability to undergo procedures and documenting pertinent data. You'll also perform imaging procedures, selecting appropriate equipment and technical factors to produce high-quality images.
Additional responsibilities include operating mammographic radiographic equipment, positioning patients, assisting physicians, performing quality control functions, evaluating radiographs for diagnostic quality, and preparing medical supplies using aseptic techniques. You'll also develop mammographic views, assist in maintaining and compiling statistical data, and participate in the evaluation and follow-up of positive mammography findings.
Medical Assistant
We're seeking reliable Medical Assistants to join our team and help ensure the efficient operation of our healthcare practices. In this role, you'll work directly with practice staff to provide excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include verifying patient information, recording medical history in the Electronic Medical Record (ECW), preparing patients for examination, and assisting in basic examinations.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean examination rooms, ordering supplies, and ensuring safe, secure, and healthy work environments by following established standards and procedures. To qualify, you must have a Medical Assistant Certification, a high level of professionalism, excellent time management and multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records, preferably EClinical Works. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
Medical Receptionist
We're seeking a flexible Medical Assistant who can also perform basic front office duties in various settings within our large medical practice in Fall River, Massachusetts. As a 'floating' team member, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to primary care, specialty, or walk-in practices and potentially find a permanent full-time position within our organization.
Key qualities include excellent patient care, efficiency, and adaptability. Training and experience as a Medical Assistant are valuable, along with familiarity with the check-in/check-out process and other office duties. Responsibilities include conducting basic patient interviews, recording medical information, preparing patients for examinations, maintaining a clean work environment, greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and protecting patient confidentiality. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
Medical Scribe
We're seeking a Medical Scribe to join our team and help facilitate patient flow while ensuring accurate and complete medical records for each patient. In this role, you'll accompany physicians into examination rooms to transcribe history and physical exams, accurately document encounters, and list diagnoses and symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions. You'll also transcribe patient orders, including laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications, and document any procedures performed by the physician. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively, remain calm in busy or stressful situations, and adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
PACS Administrator – Diagnostic Services
We're seeking a knowledgeable PACS Administrator to join our Diagnostic Services team, ensuring the efficient operation of our imaging systems and providing technical support to radiology staff and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PACS, DICOM, RIS, and other imaging-related technologies, as well as experience in networking, server administration, database management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining PACS and associated systems, implementing system security and backups, providing technical support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing vendor relationships, developing policies and procedures, and training new and existing users. You'll also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, directing and supervising radiology personnel, and fostering positive working relationships with various stakeholders.
Phlebotomist
We're seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll be responsible for drawing blood, tagging samples, and working closely with the lab to ensure proper sample delivery for each patient. Your excellent patient service skills, ability to answer questions, and act as a resource for patient information will strengthen the relationship between patients and our medical facility.
Key responsibilities include verifying patient information, collecting and tagging specimens, developing effective collection techniques for various patient groups, maintaining an organized and clean work area, and providing support to patients throughout the collection process. To qualify, you must possess a valid state phlebotomy certification, have excellent patient relationship skills, demonstrate a strong attention to detail, and exhibit an excellent bedside manner.
Ultrasound Technologist
We're seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, maintaining patient safety and comfort, and working closely with the medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
